All paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize ChartChemistry to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier. ChartChemistry reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, AI-generated reports, and the underlying algorithms, are owned by or licensed to ChartChemistry and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any personal data you provide to the Service, including birth profile information. By submitting content to the Service, you grant ChartChemistry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without prior written permission from ChartChemistry, except for personal, non-commercial use of your own compatibility reports.

ChartChemistry does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological readings, compatibility reports, or AI-generated guidance provided through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChartChemistry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if ChartChemistry has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall ChartChemistry's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to ChartChemistry in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
ChartChemistry reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
